Head Of Events & Community Engagement
Lead CIAG's events calendar and help grow an active, engaged community across Discord and beyond.
CIAG is looking for a Head Of Events & Community Engagement to plan and run our group flights, community activities, and special events, while keeping our Discord community active and welcoming. You'll work closely with the wider PR and Operations teams to make sure CIAG feels like somewhere people actually want to hang out, not just fly.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and run regular group flights and community events
Come up with new event ideas to keep the calendar fresh throughout the year
Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Media, ATC) to support cross-team events
Monitor community engagement and suggest ways to improve it
Welcome and help settle in new members

Requirements
Active and reliable presence in the CIAG Discord server
Previous experience organizing events, either in a VA or another online community
Comfortable communicating with members and coordinating across teams
Genuine enthusiasm for flight simulation and virtual aviation communities
